Life is filled with seasons of celebration, change, uncertainty, and challenge. At Keep The Faith Ministries, we believe the Church is called to be a family where people are loved, supported, and strengthened through every stage of life.
Our Pastoral Care Ministry exists to provide Christ-centred care that reflects the compassion of Jesus. Whether you are facing grief, illness, family challenges, emotional struggles, relationship difficulties, or simply need someone to pray with you, our caring team is ready to walk alongside you.
Through prayer, pastoral conversations, mentoring, practical support, and genuine relationships, we seek to help every person experience God’s hope, healing, and peace.

Visiting those who are sick, recovering, elderly, or unable to attend church, bringing prayer, encouragement, and practical care.
Walking with individuals and families through loss, offering compassionate support, prayer, and pastoral guidance.
