Keep The Faith Ministries is led by a team of Spirit-filled leaders who are committed to advancing God’s Kingdom with integrity, humility, wisdom, and biblical accountability. Our leadership exists to equip believers, develop leaders, strengthen local churches, and provide spiritual oversight for our global ministry family.
We believe that leadership is not about position, but about faithful stewardship, servant-hearted ministry, and unwavering obedience to God’s calling. Every leader is entrusted with protecting the vision, teaching sound doctrine, raising disciples, and serving the Body of Christ with excellence.
President & Founder
Pastor Jerry Offor (PhD)
Entrusted with the apostolic vision of Keep The Faith Ministries, Pastor Jerry provides spiritual oversight, doctrinal leadership, and strategic direction for the ministry’s global mission.

The highest executive leadership body responsible for implementing the ministry's vision, overseeing global operations, leadership development, church ministry, and strategic decision-making.

Secretary-General / Chief Executive Officer
Provides executive leadership, organisational management, administration, and coordination of the ministry's global operations.

Director of Church Ministry
Provides oversight for church planting, pastoral leadership, ministry development, and leadership training across all campuses.

Regional Pastors
Provide spiritual oversight and pastoral leadership within designated nations and regions while supporting local campuses and ministry growth.
